Rather than a traditional storefront with rows of cars, we focus on a curated selection of high-quality vehicles. We perform thorough mechanical maintenance and interior/exterior cleaning (including undercarriage and engine rooms) to ensure vehicle quality.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
- Cleaning: Every vehicle is meticulously polished and cleaned, including seats and ceilings using specialized vacuums.
- Maintenance: Mandatory statutory inspection is performed at a certified factory; the cost is included in the vehicle price. Consumable parts (plugs, belts, tires, brakes, etc.) are replaced at the shop's expense if necessary.
- Warranty: Offers a 3-month or 3,000km warranty (whichever comes first) covering critical components (engine, transmission) and electrical equipment.
- "Responsible Buyback" Policy: If a significant defect is found in the delivered vehicle during the warranty period, the shop will buy back the vehicle at the original price.
- Quality Standards: They do not sell hail-damaged, flood-damaged, odometer-tampered, stolen, or repaired vehicles (with structural damage).
Customer Policies
- Online Reservation Perk: If you reserve a visit online within 7 days, they will hold the vehicle for you (no deposit or cancellation fee required).
- Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees are charged if the cancellation is made before the submission of documents required for the change of ownership.
- Payment: Cash or bank transfer (before vehicle collection). Auto loans are available through partners (Aplus, Orico).
